North End Church of Christ

I stand amazed at the attitude of what I see and hear. We call ourselves a great nation and we are. We call ourselves a Christian Nation but we are not. We are the people who have spent timeless effort to remove God and all He stands for from our nation.

I watched a news reporter on TV scream “OH GOD! OH GOD!” as one of the big buildings came tumbling down and it reminded me of the way this nation has been crying “NO GOD! NO GOD!” We have bowed to those who would make our nation weak. We have removed God from our schools and replaced Him with Darwin. We have removed morality and replaced it with homosexuality.

Have we not read the history of Israel? How when Israel left God they lost their freedom. They lost their only protection and that great nation went into captivity. Will a God who allowed this to happen to his chosen people do any less for us? If we are to be a great nation we must remove Darwin and homosexuality and put God back on His throne in America.

I hate no one, but I do hate the way leadership has cowed down to those who cry out that God offends them. Everyone will be offended from time to time, but this should not be what lays out our paths in life.

“And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say? Everyone that cometh unto me, and heareth my words, and doeth them, I will show you to whom he is like: he is like a man building a house, who digged and went deep, and laid a foundation upon the rock: and when a flood arose, the stream brake against that house, and could not shake it: because it had been well builded. But he that heareth, and doeth not, is like a man that built a house upon the earth without foundation; against which the stream brake, and straightway it fell in; and the ruin of the house was great.”

Jehovah God will bless America when she turns and once again blesses Him.
